Selamat hari raya semua..

Balik kampung hohohohoh :)

Salam semua..
ni ucapan sempena nak balik kg (esok dah coti..)

Dikesempatan ini Saya ingin mengambil kesempatan untuk mengucapkan Selamat Menjalani Ibadah Puasa dan Selamat Menyambut Hari Raya Aidilfitri yang bakal menjelang tiba...Haa.. nak raya tu..kenalah tunggu dulu....
jangan nanti ada yang dah raya pulak..Sabar...Sabar.....Kalau ada yang rayer dulu tu..ehemm..paham-paham jer la yer....Raya nanti jangan le cuti lelamer sangat....Pada mereka-mereka yang balik naikker...naik ker... naik
..ker.....ataupun naik


..ker.. atau naik aper-aper jelah yang janji sampai tu..berhati-hatilah di jalanraya....jangan ingat korang jer yang ada kat jalan raya tu.... saya biasalah..balik kampung naik ehem-ehem....he he...but apa yang penting kat sini...JANGAN BERLUMBA tau!! nanti tak pasal-pasal belum sampai destinasi dah tukar pulak....uishh uishhh...

hmmm, Amboi-amboi...masing-masing ni dah dapat gaji awal ...tu beringat sikit... rayer ni boleh la BELAGAK ye.. beli baru
ke....beli baru
ke...baru meriah!! AHAKSSS!!! Pada yang ada anak tu belikanlah kasut baru..uiiii 'pesen' baru tu...Ha!! Mana yang nak repai-repair rumah tu.cat-cat ker..buat la..mesti meriah kan...dengan rumah baru.... Jangan lupa tanam-tanam la apa yang patut.... barulah berseri sikit.... Eh sibuk nak rayer jer...dah buat kuih belum???....Raya nanti bolehlah saya datang rumah bawak segerombolan rombongan..ha ha ha.. jangan lupa buat la apa-apa yang patut... kopi ker... nescafe ke...paling mahal pun oren la...oren mahal tau bukan oren murah.... :)

baru sedap....Oh ya...kalau nak balik kampung beraya tu kenalah beringat sikit... mana-mana yang ada belaan tu... ker... ha..jangan lupa tinggalkan makan untuknya..nanti tak pasal-pasal.... ada yang merajuk.. haa sapa susah???!!! Lagi satu paling IMPORTANT nak kasi ingat kat sini...jangan lelama sangat nanti rumah tu masuk eee takutnya..... eeeee..... HA HA HA KI KI KI...he he... Pada mereka-mereka yang tak cuti masa raya nanti jangan la dok jer... tak buat keje... buang karen jer.. he he...Raya nanti kalau nak potong ker..potong ker...apa-apalah yang boleh dipotong untuk buat rendang tu..masak sedap-sedap tau..boleh bagi kat saya...sikit....he he...
Tidak lupa juga pada mereka-mereka yang akan melangsungkan pada musim raya ni
...saya ucapkan "Selamat Pengantin Raya"..waaaa.ka ka ka ka... Makan kuih raya tu beringat sikit...karang masuk kerja semua macam..HUA HUA HUA... ' Jangan marah aaaa..

New software?

Almost every day I talk to myself..and i have to
start with
"okay, now, first of all, is:
breathe!


You know, sometimes using a new software program..
even when you "know" that, in the long run, investing the time to learn using it is a good idea :)
well i would say, it will save your time and frustration yadayadayada!
can turn out to be, well, let's face it..
Annoying!
Frustrating!
Sometimes downright infuriating

huhuhuhuh :(


The thing is..if things are going along great....that is wonderful!
BUT
 u need a "luck" i would say..
or maybe not!
then u have to find some help..to make it easy to use and intuitive.
soo..if u cannot find one
then u have to  have a LUCK (again!)

2. Asparagus: When losing weight, it's important to favor chlorophyll-rich foods, including asparagus. Asparagus is a nutrient-rich vegetable packed with folate, vitamins A, C, and K, and fiber. Asparagus also contains a carbohydrate known as inulin (not to be confused with insulin) that promotes healthy bacteria in the large intestine - which in turn promotes a healthier digestive function.



3. Pomegranates: Eating a balanced diet to lose weight should include eating fresh fruits, and pomegranates are a wonderful example of a healthy, nutritious fruit that has antioxidant properties and will help prevent cancer. While the benefits of drinking pomegranate juice have gained a lot of attention recently, you will be more likely to lose weight by eating the fruit fresh to increase your fiber intake and keep the calories down.



4. Pine Nuts: Pine nuts are the edible seeds of pine trees and are considered an essential ingredient in the tasty Italian mixture pesto. Chinese medicine uses pine nuts to improve gastrointestinal tract and digestive functions, and pine nut oil is even used for appetite suppression. Pine nuts and other nuts are a tasty part of a well-balanced diet intended for weight loss.



5. Green Tea: It has been found that consuming large amounts of coffee and caffeine can lead to food cravings, increase one's appetite, and induce stress-related eating. Green tea is a wonderful alternative to coffee in that it does provide a little caffeine but also contains beneficial antioxidants. So drink up!


A healthy diet also includes lean proteins like chicken breast, legumes such as lentils, and other whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. While fad diets may promise a large amount of weight loss in a short period of time, there's almost a guarantee that you will put that weight back on-and then some!


Eat five smaller meals a day, avoid processed foods, chew more slowly, and incorporate more healthy foods into your diet-starting with these five.

so takdela book, pas maghrib baru gi makan situ (gamble jek)..disebabkan menunye same je ngan before this..kan kitorangni jenis yg loyal to 1 jenis je makanan, bak kate org tu kitorang ni jenis yg setia kepada psgn memasing so i tak amekla gambor, alasan sbb same je gmbar ngan prevoius post.. walhal mlantak tak ingat tak toleh kiri kanan hahahah :)
then, bile balik. singgah jap PKNS n SACC mall nk nengok baju raya. tp sat jek..cuci mata ;p

efficient btol arini, kuar cume 2jam 30 mins je..sbb nak balik wat keje hik hik hik..kununla kan
nk alih perhatian la kununnyer..dari ngadap laptop seharian..pi jejalan heee
